General Information

| India internatational Seafood Show-2010 will be held from 19th to 21st February 2010 at Chennai Trade Center, Chennai. The detail of Registration fee for Indian Delegates are given below. |

The organizers will provide, fascia with company name, one outlet of 15 amps(220 volts). An exhibitor may order one or more stall. Exhibitors to book their requirements as early as possible. ONLY ONE PERSON FROM EACH STALL WILL BE ENTITLED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SOCIAL EVENTS AND FOR LUNCH AND DINNER WHICH WILL BE HOSTED BY THE ORGANISERS. |

Terms and Conditions
- IISS 2010 will be organized at chennai Trade centre from 19th to 21st February 2010.
- Stall will be allotted on a first-come-first-served basis. Fee once paid will not be reimbursed.
- The stall will be alloted to the exhibitors on 18/2/2010 at 10.00.A.M. The stall alloted is not transferable.
- Furnishing shall be completed and all materials not for use in the stall be removed by 9.00.A.M. on 19/02/2010.
- Though the fair authorites will be providing general security, the fiar authorities will not be responsible for any damage/loss of any article/property kept in the stall. All products shall be exhibited only within the stall.
- Conformation of stall reservations will be sent by fax as soon as possible. However the organizers decision on stall allocation shall be final.
- The organizers reserve the right to make such changes, in site layout, floor plan, and other details as they consider fit in the overall insterst of the exhibition.
- The exhibitor shall be liable to pay for any damages caused to the stall or equipment alloted to him. Any such damage shall be assessed by the organizers and their decision on the charges to be paid by the exhibitors shall be final.
- Jurisdiction in case of any dispute will be Ernakulam, India.
- The show hours shall be from 10.00.A.M. to 6.00.P.M.

ACCOMMODATION
The Organizer have blocked rooms at special tariff in all leading hotels in Chennai for delagates and exhibitors.
